detailed market research to identify prospective corporate customers and designed
customer profiles.� Developed marketing strategy and wrote sales action plans,
recruited/trained sales team and introduced the service bureau into the marketplace.�
Personally handled all major accounts presentations, negotiations, sales closing

Stainless Steels, Inc., Fort Wayne, Indiana
Responsible for a large IBM mainframe 360
computer.� A staff of 4 programmers, 3 computer operators and 15 data entry
personnel were employed.� My direct report was to the VP of Finance.� Joslyn's
systems problems revolved around inventories of raw material, production control
and labor reporting of the 1,500 employees.
